Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in RMB$ and terms and conditions only apply to deliveries in the People Republic of China (PRC) and HK Special Administrative Region only (HKSAR) only.Payment in currencies other than RMB$ will not generally be accepted. Buyers outside PRC or HKSAR may also place order to us but an additional delivery charge will be applied. In such case prior confirmation by phone will be used.

Ordering
In order to protect both our customers as well as ourselves, all orders are subject to acceptance. The date of order is the day that payment clears. Unless otherwise explicitly specified and agreed, all transactions are billed in RMB$.

Cancellations
Orders are considered valid even if payment has not yet been received. Customers who wish to cancel their orders should inform us in writing as soon as possible. Once the order has been entered and submitted to our suppliers, the order cannot be cancelled. Orders will be considered as 'returns' once we have processed your order and there will be a handling fee.
